This Council owned property was in need of a full refurbishment as it had been derelict for some time.  The property was to have a full refurbishment to allow new tenants to use the property.  Parts of the property were Listed.

Woodbank carried out a full structural survey of the property and then provided calculation and sketches required to fully repair and refurbish the property.
