An existing conservatory and porch structure was demolished and a new two storey glazed porch provided at the front of the property. The conservatory was replaced with a large open plan family room complete with large lantern to let in light and a wide bi-folding door. Further internal alterations were undertaken at all floor levels throughout the property.

Woodbank provided a full set of structural calculations and sketches including the goal post steelwork required to form the large opening for the bi-folding doors, the trimmers for the large lanterns and the cracked beam design for the glazing at the front of the property.
